Good Morning Karen,

I apologise that you have waited for this response. I have just
started as the new reception manager, and I'm eager to have this
resolved for you.

I have checked over the reservations for you from both

booking.com and from our system and can see all three
bookings have been cancelled.

We, as the hotel, are not taking any payments for these bookings
and have accepted these bookings were made as a mistake.
Please feel free to use this email as a reference to Klarna stating
that payment is not required as there are no bookings for this
date.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Good afternoon

I’m writing to ask that you waiver the fee that has been applied to my
booking

The booking is for 30/05/2023 next year I originally booked 3 rooms

but realised I had booked it for the wrong date and cancelled straight
away, I didn’t realise that one of the rooms was I’m being told a non
refundable room. When I tried to book for the following day
31/05/2023 for the 3 rooms you were fully booked. So I had to book
elsewhere.

I have rang the hotel direct and they have confirmed the rooms are
all cancelled and theres nothing to pay but booking.com are insisting
there is a balance of £87 outstanding and are saying you are refusing
to waiver the fee.
I did the booking on Klarna and it is affecting my credit as it is still
showing as outstanding.

The booking reference on booking.com is 3972712796 and the pin

code is 6784 in my name Karen Ferguson

Please can you help this was a geniune misatake for a room next
year cancelled on the same day
