WORK FOR HIRE DOCUMENTATION

This documentation is to set forth the terms of this work for hire gig. This is a legally binding contract
that can and will be used in the court of law if any of these terms are violated. By accepting this gig
through Fiverr.com, you are agreeing that you understand all the terms and conditions set forth by
Victoria Hudson who is the representative of T Hud Management & Entertainment LLC. You are being
hired to provide services as a song feature for the song that is titled “See About Me.” As a featured
artist, you agree not to disclose any information about this work for hire project, including but not
limited to the sample work sent to you, the instrumental, the conversations you have had with T Hud
Entertainment, or the payment amount. You agree that you have no affiliations with Victoria Hudson, T
Hud Management and Entertainment, or any of its management and entertainment employees, artists,
affiliates, etc. The beat/composition is being sent to you on a “work for hire” basis and is not to be used
for anything other than that. You can never share the beat that is sent to you, play it for anyone, or use
it to record other music, and you can not sell it. There is also an included vocal copy of the song that will
be sent to you, and this is used for instructional purposes only. You are not allowed to share this or any
of files that will be sent to you as apart of this work for hire gig. The words to this song are written by
Victoria Hudson, and any use of the words in partial or full or the beat in partial or full will result in
copyright infringement as well as a violation of this contract. That can result in a lawsuit, in which you
would be liable for the payment of loss wages, lawyer fees, and any monetary gain that you received
because it would have to be paid in full to Victoria Hudson and T Hud Management & Entertainment.
Since this is a “work for hire” gig, you will be entitled to the one-time payment through Fiverr.com. Your
name will be mentioned when the song is registered, distributed, and promoted, etc. You will be given
25% writer’s credit and will receive royalties from the company’s selected distributor, given that you
provide the credit information to your BMI, ASCAP, or sound exchange. There will not be any additional
monetary gain for you from this song aside from the initial gig payment and your royalties. You agree
your vocals will be used for a song that will be distributed worldwide, this includes all distribution
platforms, social media sites, albums, EP, LP, for marketing purposes, commercial use, etc. You agree
that for the remainder of your lifetime that you will not pursue any legal action against Victoria Hudson,
Ivy Reign, T Hud Management & Entertainment, and any of its associates, artists, or affiliates in relation
to this song. This document also acts as an arbitrary agreement. By accepting this gig, you are agreeing
that you fully understand and will comply to all of these rules, regulations, and contractual obligations.
 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This document is proof that we have informed you of the non-Disclosure agreement. This is a lifetime
agreement. You agree that for the reminder of your lifetime, that you will not disclose to anyone the
details of this business relationship, including but not limited to, the pay amount, any contact we have
had or will have, and you will not privately or publicly speak anything negative about Victoria Hudson, T
Hud Entertainment and Management, or any companies owned by Victoria Hudson, and also this applies
to any affiliates, shareholders, stakeholders, other artist of, etc. Victoria Hudson and T Hud
Entertainment and Management. For the remainder of your lifetime, you will not disclose that you have
any affiliation with Victoria Hudson, Ivy Reign, T Hud Management & Entertainment, or any of its artists,
affiliates, associates, etc., that have anything to do with this song or this management and
Entertainment company other than that you provided a feature for this song. You agree for the
remainder of your lifetime that you will not disclose receiving payment from Victoria Hudson, Ivy Reign,
T Hud Management & Entertainment, or any of its artists, affiliates, associates, etc. You agree that even
showing this document, any attached documents, recordings, etc., to anyone is in complete violation of
our contract, and there will be a minimum payment of $500,000 for showing this contract to anyone or
disclosing this information to anyone. If you violate this, you agree to pay all legal fees associated with
this case, including fees for damaging the reputation of Ivy Reign, Victoria Hudson, T Hud Management
& Entertainment, and its associates and affiliates. By accepting this gig, you agree that you have read
and agree with all the information contained in this document. You agree that this document can be
used in any legal matters, copyright infringement, or wherever I may find fit if any of the terms are
violated. This contract serves as a non disclosure agreement (N.D.A.), an arbitrary agreement, and a
business contract for a musical feature. By accepting his gig, that serves as a substitute for a signature. It
means you agree to all terms within this contract.
