 Material Mastery
 All member of the group can present the material fluently.
 But there was one member who lacked enthusiasm for material delivery, visibly
listless and lackadaisical.
 There were 4 people in this group, consisting of 2 women and 2 men. For the last
2 people in the video have good intonation and diction, not glued to the text.
 For the first person also have clear clarity and articulation.
 Gesture
 In this video it uses much of the gesticulation in the transmission of material, such
as open palm, pointing with fingers and grasping hands. Palms are open : it
usually shows others that he or her is open and honest.
 Smile. A smile generates a positive aura and shows others that you are open to a
conversation.
 Important Sentence Used
 The Body Shop in traditional PLC are well-known as The Body Shop.
 Second largest cosmetic franchise company in the world.
 Which has around 2400 stores in 61 countries in the world.
 The beginning of The Body Shop happened on March 26 in 1976 in the Brighton
England and the founder is Anita Roddick.
 The first product of The Body Shop is Mango Body Butter.
 Variant of the perfume : Sweet Love, Say Yes!, All Mine, My Pick and Charm
Me.
 The ingredients of perfume : Alcohol Denat 70%, Aque/Water/Eau, Perfume and
Fragrance.
 They have a rare collections perfume.
