Uses digital display menu options for easy and quick modification of settings.
Can set the display magnification according to user needs, and automatically convert and display target values.
Can achieve slow acceleration and deceleration.
Can be operated via the panel or external switch control.
The panel knob can automatically match the maximum speed, making speed control convenient and safe.
Built-in operating capacitor.
Overload protection function to prevent the motor and speed controller from burning out due to jamming. (Note:
This function can protect against overload caused by jamming, but cannot protect against non-jamming overload).

Wiring Diagram for SF Series Panel Mount Speed Controller:

Note: The connection wires between the speed controller U1, U2, Z2 and the motor U1, U2, Z2 are strictly
prohibited from installing switches or relays.

Operating panel buttons control motor operation:

1) No need to install Kl, K2 switches.

2) Menu settings: Select "1" or "4" for operating panel button control in Motor Operation Control Method F-03.

External switches K1, K2 control motor operation:

1) Kl, K2 switches must be installed.

2) Menu settings: Select "2" or "3" for external switch control in Motor Operation Control Method F-03.
The power of YT speed control motor must be consistent with the applicable motor power of the speed
controller.

Please check whether the power of the speed controller model label is consistent with the motor power.

The power voltage must be consistent with the power voltage specification of the speed controller. QF is a circuit
breaker that protects the speed controller and speed control motor in case of a short circuit.

FWD, REV are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).

PLC output mode:
NPN or open collector transistor output.

Menu settings:
Select "2" or "3" for external switch control in Motor Operation Control Method F-03.

FWD, REV are controlled by sensors such as proximity switches, photoelectric switches, etc.
Switch output mode:
Three-wire NPN transistor output.
Menu settings:
Select "2" or "3" for external switch control in Motor Operation Control Method F-03.

Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds, the screen will display C100.

state upon power restoration.

Choose "4" to enable the speed

controller to remember the
operating state before power was
turned off. Upon power
restoration, the motor will
resume its state from before
power was turned off. For
example, if the motor was
rotating forward before power
was turned off, it will immediately
resume forward rotation upon
power restoration. Please use this
function with caution and
prioritize safety.

When selecting external switch

control, use the FWD (forward)
and REV (reverse) external
switches K1 and K2 to control the
motor.
F-04 Rotation Mode: 1. Allow Bi-Directional These options restrict the
Rotation rotation direction of the motor,
2. Allow Forward Rotation, preventing equipment

Disable Reverse Rotation malfunctions or accidents.
3. Allow Reverse Rotation,
Disable Forward Rotation
F-05 Rotation 1. No Reversal These options allow for easy
Direction 2. Reversal adjustment of the motor rotation
direction without changing the
motor wiring. It ensures that the 1
rotation direction aligns with
personal preference or specific
requirements.
F-06 Speed 1. Panel ▲▼ Buttons Option 1 allows speed

Mode buttons within the minimum to
maximum speed range.
Option 2 enables speed 1
adjustment using the panel knob,
with the knob automatically
matching the range from 0 to the
max. speed.
F-07 Maximum Speed 500~3000 Setting a limit on the maximum 1400
motor speed helps prevent
overspeeding, which can lead to
damage or accidents. For a 50Hz
power supply, the maximum
speed is 1400, and for a 60Hz
power supply, the maximum
speed is 1600. If the maximum
speed exceeds these values, the
motor may overheat and vibrate.
F-08 Minimum Speed 90~1000 Setting a limit on the minimum
motor speed helps prevent
instability, overheating, and 90
overload caused by the motor
operating at low speeds.
F-09 Forward Start 0.1~10.0s Setting a longer time will result in
