Writing my Reflection
Having effective class routines and sound
class structure is important because first, they
provide a sense of predictability and stability for
students. Second, it helps the teacher to manage time
efficiently ,ensuring that every minute is well used
and ,maximized. By this, teachers are more focused
and the atmosphere is more productive in a way that
students can engage more deeply with the learning
material . Third, sound class structure promote a
sense of order, minimizing distractions and
disruptions. Moreover, the routines established
expectations between the students and the teacher
especially if these are consistently practice in the
class that would allow both, students transition
smoothly in the class. And lastly, routines taught
students to be responsible and independent as they
become accustomed to the daily expectations.
