Clearance Certificate from Vigilance.

In this connection, it is submitted that case regarding issue the retirement order as well

as to obtain the clearance certificate from C.S. to Vigilance office in R/o Sh. Paras Ram, Circle Supdt.

was sent to Government vide this office memo no.29592|EIII dated 22.02.2024 (copy enclosed) &

S.E. Rohtak memo no.26229 dt. 16.02.2024 (copy enclosed) and in reference to it, Government vide

its memo under reference has issued the retirement order in R/o Sh. Paras Ram, Circle Supdt. (Retd.;

It is further submitted that the clearance certificate fiom the office of Chief Secretar-v- to

Vigilance Department is still awaited in R/o Sh. Paras Ram, Circle Supdt. (now retd.) and due to this

his pension case is still pending in the office of S.E. Rohtak Circle for further proceedings.

Keeping in view of above, Government is therefore requested to obtain the Clearance

Certificate in R/o Sh. Paras Ram, Circle Supdt. (Retd. on29.02.2024) from the O/o Chief Secretarl' to

Vigilance Department and convey its decision in this regard to this office please.

So that the pension case of Sh. Paras Ram. Circle Supdt. (Retd.) may be send to the 0/o

Accountant General, (A&E) Haryana, Chandigarh by the O/o S.E' Rohtak Please.
