allowance granted by the good office of the Center for Agriculture and Rural Development
(CARD, Inc).
My relationship with the bearer of this letter is that she is my mother and my legal guardian.
With this and with deep gratitude to the office, I am entrusting to her the responsibility of
acquiring the allowance allotted on my behalf.
