Subject: Change in price of financed vehicle

With reference to my Auto Finance Ref. # __________________, it is to inform you that I am going to
avail the facility for ___________________, after having the payment processed. Further, the
manufacturer has changed the price of the vehicle, due to which the change in Price/GST and the
difference amount will be paid directly to the dealer to/by me.

I hereby request you to accept the above mentioned vehicle, and further undertake that all risk &
liabilities arising due to the change of price would be borne by me and I am aware of that the sum
insured on account of insurance coverage for my vehicle will be as per the price mentioned on Annexure
“A” of Bank offer letter.

I will be immensely obliged for your generous consideration.
