Subject: New KLD Communication Template

Please be informed that the current communication format, as stated in the Amendment for
PMEO Memo 2023-004, dated May 29, 2023 and the CPASComm 2023 – 003, dated July 13,
2023, shall no longer be used. Instead, effectivity March 6, 2024, a new template shall be used
in all communications circulated either within the KLD, the City and external partners – National
and International Agencies/Institutions.

Listed are the changes in the new communication format:

1. All offices, departments and units shall use the font style GEORGIA for KOLEHIYO
NG LUNGSOD NG DASMARIÑAS in font size 17, uppercase, BOLD.
2. Below the Letterhead borderline, the domain’s name (OTP, OVPAA, OVPAdA,
OVPRMEA) is placed. Below the domain’s name, the institute, center, department name
shall be in Open Sans font size 11, italic.
3. The salutation to be used in the community shall be “Regally”.
4. The letter signature shall remain the same but shall include the office email after the
designation of the addressee. Also, if the addressee is a unit head or section
coordinator, he/she shall include his/her unit/section.
5. The communication font style and size shall remain Open Sans 11.
