I have made a correction in name of PAN database from Rohit Kumar S/o Joginder
Kumar to Rohit Ojha S/o Joginder Ojha. The reason for the correction was to match
this PAN name with the Membership certificate issued by the Instiiitttute of
Chartered Accountants of India. I have attached the following supporting
documentation in support to my concern.
Kindly find all the attachments and resolve the concern as soon as follow.

• Updated PAN Card

• Membership certificate
• Copy of Aadhar card
• Copy of Screen sort in PDF format
