The contract shall be governed in accordance with the law prevailing in India, Act, Rules,

Amendmentsand orders made there on from time to time.

Indemnification:
The contractor shall indemnify the purchaser against all actions, suit, claims and demand or in
respect of anything done or omitted to be done by contractor in connection with the contract
and against any losses or damages to the purchaser in consequence of any action or suit being
brought against the contractor for anything done or omitted to be done by the contractor in
the execution of the contract.
Jurisdiction
All the suits arising out of the contract shall be instituted in the court of competent
jurisdiction situated in concern district only and not elsewhere.
Saving clause
No suits, prosecution or any legal proceedings shall lie against the Deputy Director of Health
Services, Nagpur or any person for anything that is done in good faith or intended to be done
in pursuance of tender.

nearest route.
- It is mandatory for the ambulance driver to stay within 05 km of the
hospital. This will make it easier to get to the hospital immediately if
needed. Also is she in good condition or how? Feedback should be given to

- If the driver is absent, the contractor is to arrange for other drivers
immediately.
- In the event of an emergency overnight or in case of a serious emergency, if
the officer or employee concerned sends a call to the driver, he shall be
required to be present immediately. Also, in this regard, the office will not
pay overtime allowance to the contract driver.
- In case of an accident involving damage to a government vehicle or damage
to another vehicle, loss of life and in which it is found to be the fault of the
