Sub:- Regarding Cancel the public auction on 31/08/23 at 5:00 p.m. Property
bearing Old Door No.32/22, New Door No.3, Somasundra Vinayagan koil 2nd
lane, Purasavakkam, Perambur Taluk, Sembiam Village.

This is to inform you that as per my client Mr. Suvek request letter dated
16.09.2023 to arrange the registration for above property public auction done on
31/08/2023. But the mortgagee D.Vasantha was approached my client Mr.
Suvek and seek time for settlement and the same was settled by her on
17/03/2024 at night for the said auction property . Hence My Client requested
you to cancel the auction property situated at Old Door No.32/22, New Door
No.3, Somasundra Vinayagan koil 2nd lane, Purasavakkam, Perambur Taluk,
Sembiam Village. and returned their bit payment which was paid by the bidder
man Mr. P. Rajesh of Rs.3,02,500/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Two Thousand Five
Hundred only) as a Bid amount. And both were compromised the above said
auction property. Kindly consider the said request and do the needful as soon
as earliest.
