Summary
As a Document Control Manager at Gila-AlTawakol Electric, I apply my 14 years of organizational expertise
to manage the documentation deliverables of multiple projects in accordance with customer requirements and
project execution plans. I am certified in Aconex, a leading cloud-based platform for project information and
process management, and I have developed and adapted electronic document management systems (EDMS)
from open source versions to suit the needs of different projects and clients.
My core competencies include document control software implementation and customization, document quality
and conformity checking, document identification and traceability, document validation and submission, and
document access and archiving. I also train and support engineers and administrators to use the document control
system effectively and efficiently. My mission is to ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete,
consistent, and secure, and to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
