Precedence of Terms: No penalty shall apply for delays attributable to factors beyond the control of SiS. The terms and conditions outlined in this quotation shall prevail and
will not be superseded by any conflicting terms in the customer's purchase orders. This includes, but is not limited to, penalties related to late delivery. By proceeding with
the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the terms specified in this quotation take precedence over any conflicting terms in their purchase orders.
