ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This portfolio owes its existence to the unwavering support and

guidance of my family and friends. Their continual assistance throughout this
project is something I will forever cherish and remain grateful for.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to the Almighty

Father, whose grace and mercy have been instrumental in shaping my
journey to this point, for giving knowledge and wisdom and providing all of
my needs. To Mr. Leif Ralex W. Campaner, my cooperating teacher, for his
continual support, guidance, and invaluable insights that will forever serve as
my beacon.

To my cooperating school Principal I, Ma’am Maricar T. Landicho, her

patience, motivations, and kindness in letting us welcome to her beautiful
school. With her intelligence in making this project organized and far from
fragment, have significantly contributed to the completion of this project.

To my boyfriend, Jhon Mark Cenon, his mere presence has always

been vital in all of my endeavors. With his ability in keeping me motivated
despite my uncertainties, have significantly contributed to the successful
completion of this project.

Finally, I would never forget to thank my parents, Jeresa Palbin and

Saydin Palbin, for their unconditional love and support, they are always my
reason for motivation. And to my siblings who can I always rely on when I
needed them, has greatly impacted in creating my portfolio.

STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE

In teaching, creating a field study portfolio serves a crucial purpose as

it allows me to document and reflect upon my practical experiences,
observations, and insights gained during fieldwork. This portfolio becomes a
personalized archive of my growth, showcasing my evolving teaching
techniques, strategies, and pedagogical approaches. It serves as a
comprehensive record, detailing my applied learning, challenges encountered,
and the successful methods employed in real classroom settings. Additionally,
this portfolio acts as a self-assessment tool, enabling me to analyze my
strengths, areas for improvement, and professional development needs.
Ultimately, it aids in refining my teaching practices, fostering continuous
improvement, and enhancing my ability to adapt and excel in diverse
educational environments.
