1. Description of Stall: Bachpan ki Yaadein

Product: Marshmallow with chocolate dip, cotton candy and Pateesa

The product idea was marshmallows with chocolate dip, cotton candy, and pateesa. The stall
was called Bachpan ki Yaadein. The final arrangement and decoration of the products by the
group members are depicted in the picture above.

Description: Bachpan ki Yaadein

1. Stall:
The name of the stall was BACHPAN KI YAADEIN and the products were
Marshmallow with chocolate dip, cotton candy and Pateesa. The group members were as follow:
I. Wafa Waris
II. Abdul Muqeet’
III. Sadaf Zahra

2. Stock Arrangement:
From Raja Bazaar Rawalpindi, Abdul Muqeet organized the stock. The products, cotton candy
and marshmallows with chocolate dip were arranged in bulk. We paid a rent of four thousand
rupees to an electronics store to rent a chocolate fountain.

3. Investment and sale-related information:

The three of us invested a total of eighteen thousand rupees, each of us contributing six
thousand. 15% of the units were sold out of the total. The sale situation is faced with a very
depressing loss; even worse, we have not covered the costs either. As a result, our total sales
come to 3600 out of 18000, meaning that we have lost 14,400 in total.

4. POLC:
In terms of management, we organized the name of our stall, planned the products, and then
discussed costs and investments before coming together for a meeting to discuss how the
business would be carried out. Abdul Muqeet organized the stock precisely. The three of us
decided that one person would lead the company, and Wafa Waris led it with accuracy. Sadaf
Zahra performed all of the controlling, and she did so precisely and in accordance with every
management requirement.
