Day 1 : Delhi Manali (Overnight Journey by Tempo Treveler)
Pick up from Delhi Airport / Rly Station by our representative vehicle , proceed
towards Manali. Overnight Journey from Delhi to Manali.

Day 2 : Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing

Pickup From Bus Stand And Transfer To Hotel Checks In To Hotel. Half Day
Local Sightseeing Of Manali“Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Manu Temple,
Van Vihar, Tibetan Monastery & Vashist Bath Hot Spring Water. Over night
stay at Manali.

Day 3 : Manali- Solang Valley – Manali

Morning after breakfast and proceed to Solang is a small village about 13 km from Manali.
Clean and fresh air, spell-binding surroundings, surrounding mountains soaring up to 6000 m
and various summer and winter snow sports make it a favourite place among the
tourists.. Tourists can also try out sports/activities like parachuting, paragliding, horse riding
and zorbing at Solang. After Visit and return Back to Manali Hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay
at Manali.

Day 4 : Manali- Kullu – Naggar Castle Manali


Enjoy the morning breakfast and later get ready for an excursion to visit
paragliding point, Kullu Shawl Factory,Nature Park Babeli kullu, rafting point,
Kullu Vaishno Temple, Dhakpo shedrupling Monastery,Raugi waterfall,
Naggar Castle, Art Gallery(Closed only Monday) and Fish farm.Gaytri temple
and proceed to return to Manali Hotel.

Day 5 : Manali – Delhi Drop (Approx 540 Kms / 12 Hrs )


Today after Check out from Hotel and proceed to return Journey
from Manali to Delhi . On Arrival in Delhi & Transfer to Delhi Airport / Rly
Station.

Booking Condition & Booking Process :-

 30% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel
date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
 50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking or before give
you’re the service voucher.
 20% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date

Cancellation Policy :-

 30 % not refundable amount and Once booking made cancellation charge will
be 30% of total billing.
 30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated bill
 15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
 07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill
 All the payment has to be made in Favor of " Welcome India Trip." Through
DD/Cash Deposit /Cheque, NEFT, Debit Card payable at New Delhi.

Important Note:-

 The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement. In case of any
unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
 Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the
itinerary are subject to confirmation
 Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals
we shall not be responsible.
 In Himachal and Kashmir, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to
developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing
and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
 We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that
particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
 Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel
rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
 If you paid the amount by debit & credit card 2.50% will be extra from the package cost.
 No discount will be provided after confirmation.

Terms and Condition:-

 Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with
quotation.
 The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the
hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque /
cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the
confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then
full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents
are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the
airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
 Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the
rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category
rooms where you had to paid the differences.
 Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are
issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are
applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
 Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation
depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in
such case.
 In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to
take service or not.
 Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your
photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity
proof so please don’t carry that with you.
 The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including
breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide
breakfast on the day of arrival.
 Any complaint by the Tourist (including complaint on behalf of passengers of the Group submitted by
the Tourist) in connection with or arising out of the tour must be notified to the Company in writing
within twenty one (21) days from the end of the tour. No claim or complaint made thereafter shall be
entertained in any circumstances. No individual complaint of passenger of the Group shall be
entertained directly and therefore same must be made only by The Tourist who is a leader of the Group.
 In no event shall ‘Welcome India Trip’ be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages due to deficiency in service by our suppliers (hotel, transporter, airline etc.). Our
maximum liability is limited to our service charges.
 All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall
be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi
only.
 The Company (Welcome India Trip )will not be responsible in any way for Train, Flight Miss, Any loss, ,
injury, Death or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of
strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents , Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits,
weather & road condition
 The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage
of tour days or for cancellation, postponement or re-routing of any particular scheduled transport
service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be
applicable. The tickets are issued, subject to conditions herein.
 Any complaint by the Tourist (including complaint on behalf of passengers of the Group submitted by
