Sample

1. Sample Space: The set of all possible outcomes of a random experiment. It is denoted

by S and can contain discrete or continuous outcomes.

Special Events:

n(E) = N : Certain event n(E) = 0 : Impossible event n(E) = 1 : Elementary event
