One year of experience in instructional design and one year of experience in teaching in higher
education level. I possess a robust foundation in theoretical knowledge spanning instructional
design, online pedagogy, and educational technology. Proficient in crafting web-based
instructional content and multimedia materials tailored for effective teaching and learning, and
I adapt to and utilize new technologies quickly. Skilled in quantitative and qualitative research
in educational technology area.
Proficient in authoring tools including Canvas LMS, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro,
Adobe Premiere and productivity applications including SPSS, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

The position was a half year contract during the COVID pandemic.
• Supported course transitioning for teaching faculties. Created instructional files for
Office of Digital Learning webpage.
• Provided consultation to faculty in designing online courses. Provided solutions for
Canvas LMS related issues.
• Helped subject experts in the design of online courses. Structure course modules.
Applying learning theories to course design and incorporate instructional technologies
into courses. Created related instructional files.
June. 2016 – Aug 2016, intern
• Supported course transitions from Blackboard to Canvas.
• Checked accessibility of all the instructional files on ODL webpages.
• Completed system updates for all clickers and provided in-class troubleshooting for

• Recorded and edited 15 instructional videos with captions for the graduate level course,
EDRS-700 Introduction to Educational Research.
• Restructured course modules. Make pedagogical recommendations regarding course
design, instructional technology, and assessment strategies. Align weekly reading
activities to objectives.
• Created instructional files and improved accessibilities of instructional files for three

Zoom and other Canvas LMS functions.
