Step-by-step guide for Onboarding

1. 1st. Step: [Oriana]

Create the Cwinz email and send the invites for all the tools we use: Slack, Crisp,
TimeDoctor.

2. 2nd Step: [Hain]

Have a call to go briefly through the tools we use and the Basic Concepts.
Explain each of the modules of the Work Descriptions folder.

Open BackOffice account, take screenshot of Error Message and send to Oriana.
[Oriana] Ask Milan to add the user.

3. 3rd Step:

Assign the first set of tasks:

• Download the following apps on your computer: Telegram and Slack.

• Open a test account on Cwinz.com with their local currency, and with INR currency, and explore the
website: games, account verification, promotions, how to deposit, and how to withdraw. The idea is
that you understand the website from the customer’s point of view.
• Read the Work Descriptions and take notes of all your questions so we can go through them later
today.
• Watch all the How-To-Videos in the Work Descriptions folder.

4. 4th Step: [Oriana]

Add to all the Slack channels and Telegram groups and send the Trello links.

5. 5th Step: [Hain]

Have a second call to go through the questions and explain each one of the tools we
use and how to make the most of them.
 6. 6th Step: [Hain]

Send the second set of tasks:

• Study Crisp shortcuts here: https://app.crisp.chat/settings/shortcuts/

• Review and study resolved chats (green chats) on Crisp.
• Read and study the cs-educational-channel channel in Slack.
• Introduce yourself to your Supervisor in Slack.
• Stay up to date with Telegram channels.
• Take note of all your questions so far and text Oriana on Telegram when everything is done to make
one final call.
• Create a Discord account using your Cwinz email and send me the username.
- Send me your IP address to whitelist and avoid future issues with BackOffice.

7. 7th Step [Hain and Supervisor]:

Reply chats together for two consecutive Zoom calls.
