Dear Atty. Dinopol,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my current health
condition and the possibility of my absence from class today.

Unfortunately, I have been experiencing symptoms of fever, extreme headache,

and body pain since last Tuesday. Despite trying to manage these symptoms, they
have persisted and are affecting my ability to focus and participate in class
effectively.

My family and I are opting to seek medical attention and potentially be admitted
to the hospital if these symptoms persist or worsen throughout the day. I will also
keep you updated on my health status by sending you a medical certificate.
