In-Sight Explorer Job creation:

PAN Verification

1. Place a card with PAN number inside the camera module.

2. Open In-Sight Explorer. Click on camera.

3. Click “Set up image” then click on “ Trigger”. Now you can see the card place inside the module.
Select Trigger option “Manual”. Set Auto Exposure as “Continuous”.

 4. Go to “Inspect Part” then go in tool > Identification Tool> Read Text(ORC Max) dibble click on
it. it will create a rectangular window on card surface. Rotate the window to make the axis

direction like this . it will identify all character. Write

the tool name as “PAN” (Name should be same as field name coming from MaticardPro)
In edit tool option go to settings tab and select Inspect mode as Read/Verify

 5. Save the Job and name it “PAN”.
Before saving the job enable the flag “Start the Sensor in Online Mode” and Save the job.

 How to train camera and save it
When you run a job MCP send that field data to In-Sight Explorer to verify. But you need to train
camera to verify every character and save it in that job.

1st time when launch the job MCP will give the error than you need to go In-Sight Explorer and
train the camera job.

Remember any change in In-Sight Explorer done in offline mode.

Go Offline > in Edit Tool > Settings

In Match String find the data coming from MCP copy that Data.

Go Training Tab past that data in Train String, then click Train All.
Then save the job.

 How to create a job to verify logo

Go to Locate Part > double click on Patten.

It will create 2 rectangular on card. With small rectangular select the logo and with other
rectangular select the small rectangular surface. Then click ok.

Now save the job.

 How to create a ReadBack job:
