AFFIDAVIT

That I, VIRGILIO E. BANGAYAN of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Cattaran

Solana, Cagayan after having sworn to in accordance by law do hereby deposes and says;

1. That we know personally know JUAN ESCOTE PADER because he is our neighbor
and a long-time close associate;

2. That we also know for a fact that he is the actual tiller, possessor and occupant of Lot No.
6550, Cad-293 with an area of Twenty-Six Thousand Twenty-Six Point Seventy-Three
(26,026.73) square meters more or less declared under Tax Declaration No. 23-0017-
08860 situated in Cattaran Solana, Cagayan;

3. That he acquired ownership of said lot through sale of a portion of an unregistered land
by the heirs of the owner;

4. That said Juan Escote Pader is in actual, open, notorious and uninterrupted possession of
the said lot from the time he had purchased the lot.

5. That we are executing this affidavit to affirm and confirm that Juan Escote Pader is the
lawful owner of said Lot No. 6550, Cad-293 situated in Cattaran Solana, Cagayan;

6. That we are executing this affidavit in good faith .
