Hello Mrs..........

My name is Dr........ from Gleneagles private hospital Singapore.

i was asked to contact a loved one and create awareness of the fact that he has
been transfered here.

Your husbands health is a very crytical one to look into, he has been managed
poorly and it has led to so many other things but i promise its not something we
cant handle, we just pray and hope that with the knowledge we have, we will be able
to manage him smoothly, we ran series of test the very day he was brought here and
because he was poorly managed at the previous medical centre, he is having a heart
failure but since its just the first stage, he will critically be looked into and
taken care of so it doesnt get worse and i promise he will get better in three
weeks time.

As for his leg, he's recovering, he was able to stand on his own yesterday,
although with the help of his clutches, initially he couldnt stand alone even with
the clutches but yesterday, they was improvement, a picture of him will be attached
to this so you will see for yourself, He's recovering by the day, if he wasnt
bought here that particular day, it would have been a different story by now, but
thank God for God.

He will only write to you whenever he is permitted to because right now he needs
maximum rest, if you want to get to him, you can communicate through me.

He really needs to be on a healthy diet, he needs to eat on a really low salt and
high fibre foods such as: black berries, pears and oranges. he will also need Fresh
meats, fresh legumes, eggs, milk and yoghurt. White bread, white rice with pasta
and sugar sweetened cereals has been stripped off his diet because this foods
particularly are problematic for people with heart failure because it often co
exists with condition like type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol, he will also be
needing vegetables like brocolli, spinach, cabbage. fruits like banana, cabbage and
oranges.

and for that, you need to pay for the hospital meal plan so as to get everything
available for him so he could recover speedily.

we understand that this may be an additional expense, but we believe that it is

worthwhile investment in your husbands health and recovery, we encourage you to
consider purchasing this meal plan for your loved one so the nutriologist can start
with the diet as soon as possible.

After explaining to the hospitals dietary aide, he calculated and has already told
us the amount that will last him for atleast three weeks, the amount he said was
2000s$ (two thousand singapore dollar) which is equivalent to 1,353.53€ One
thousand three hundred and fifty three Euro.

so please, i urge you to make haste about this, starting the meal plan will help
boost his immune system.

with respect
...........
