Thank you, Ayesha for that lovely introduction Hi, Good

evening to everyone first of all I will explain my role briefly to
host the meeting by introducing each segment and the role
players and conducting the meeting effectively and
productively.
Alright. Today’s theme is happiness. So we are going to
discuss about the happiness. So, Ladies and gentlemens
please keep your beautiful smiles on your faces not until the
meeting end through the life time why we have only one
life so live in it happily
If I asked you what is happiness? How can we find it?
Happiness is a state of mind.what was that. In other word
happiness is not dependent on external factors, but
individuals choose, to perceived and react to those factors.
For example, two people experiencing the same situations
may react differently based on their mind set. Consider a
rainy day. One person might feel gloomy and unhappy
because they can’t go outside, while another person might
feel content and happy because they enjoy claining sound of
rain and the opportunity to cozy up indoors with a book.
Similarly, If we facing a challenging situation at work may
choose to focus on the learning opportunity and personal
growth without think like what the hell of this that leads to
sense of satisfaction
