I am an experienced person in the food industry since 2003 in national and


international companies. I have experience in supply chain, manufacturing, quality
system, research and development. I have education for agro industrial technology

Career Achievements

1. Doing good support with Marketing Asia Pacific region for new product project with can -
line installation. This project is a premium coffee that will be marketed at UCC Asia
Pacific. This is at PT UCC Coffee Indonesia. UCC Group revenue is IDR 35-40
Trillion/year

2. Supply chain project by Cooperating with factory OEMs to increase capacity and comply
with Indofood Standards. Total volume growth from year to year is more than 30%.
Total volume from 3000 MT (IDR 150 Bio) in 2014 to 9000 MT in 2018 (IDR 400 Bio).

3. Making new factories starting from green land, machine installation to product
launching. Capacity of machine is 20 000 MT/ year. Launching new product of biscuit

4. As manufacturing leader and together with the successful team, we made acquisitions
and temporary runs for the rice factory and the taro snack factory. I was at head of

Manage of supply chain (production planning, procurement & purchasing, ware housing and
logistic), production, engineering, project, general affair, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, and
RnD department.
This company is join venture between UCC Ueshima Coffee Co Japanese company with
Indonesian Company as Coffee Roaster company.

Responsibility :
• From manufacturing to date, what has been done is supporting the marketing team to be able
to produce products with existing capacities and capabilities. The total capacity is 2500 tons /
year and about 20% of utilization has been used. Currently we also support production for
export to UCC China and Southeast Asia. I'm trying to make a simple organization with multi
skill tasks.
• We are currently designing RnD to make more economical coffee to enter a market with a large
market share.
• Production plan and PPIC are preparing a supply chain system that meets the company. Try to
optimize stock and inventory that is good at costing. Procurement was prepared to find several
local and international suppliers and cooperate with international trade UCC Japan Office
• Engineering and production teams set up Tinplate Can line flow processing project. From
material input to finished goods
• Quality has received several certifications such as ISO 22000 for food safety, supplier audits
and certification of sustainability of raw materials (RFA, rainforest alliance)
• Warehouse and logistics try to work with PPIC to fulfill all sales orders to factories.

2022

make production of any cookies and crackers.

Manage of production, engineering, quality, production planning, purchase/procurement,


continuous improvement, ware housing and logistic department.

At that time, many sales strategies were carried out to the modern market. This is
because the biscuit market is very large (> IDR 30 T) so that the modern market is the
main target. Besides, the growth of the modern market is also the reason.

Achievements :
• Good support of factory to sales. Sales volume in 2013 is 3000 MT and in 2018 is
9000 MT
• Good support in marketing by launch all marketing plan in own factory or OEM
factory
• Find honorable of PROPER ( blue to green) system from government

1. Due to the limited capacity, the company has OEM company in Surabaya that
produce some of biscuit and wafer. We make cooperation with them since 2016 till
now. All of the material is procured by Indofood and just pay for production
expenses.

Our target is to make cooperation with paddy farmer and they will continuously supply to
factory. Company will sell finished product to the free market and government institution (
including Bulog/Government Company).

1. Making regional agro to get stable paddy sourcing in Java area,

and make them one of paddy sources

This is leading company with back bone dried noodle and vermicelli. We are still
developing for other products variant due to management policy to make new business
category.

Ongoing project will make snack crackers project, dried fruit chips project, sand which
project, float and juice beverage, tea project and instant noodle with a lot of new region
likeness. Research for new formulation to make more quality and efficient, new sources
and additive technology.

Other project to make new research and development centre with a concept as innovation
centre. This is will be used for new research in head office, pilot project of business
development such as laboratory, sensory and panel, process field research, storage,

7.5 MT of FG/ day. In 2008 achievement was successful to launch new product of potato
chips snack that have five flavor (cheese, salt, vinegar, ketchup & spicy), with high
performance in capacity ( 90.5%), good utilization of machine ( 75%) , good productivity
(80%), low wastage wrapping (< 0.5 %), low RM wastage of potato, oil and seasoning (
closer zero, < 5 % and < 3 %) and low energy ( diesel usage 90 % than standard)

Ongoing project will make second line of snack (base pellet), fried corn puff line, make
new project for waste water treatment for saving water, make low consumed energy,
make training for all operation and certification of quality and safety.

1. Achievement was successful to get certification of food safety such as ISO 22000 or
HACCP, success to reduce complain to be < 5 times per year (< 50 ppm)
2. Reduce production fault to be standard ( less that one time per month), zero product recall,
support new product launching ( potato chips, pellets base, puff base)
3. Supporting in new installation of machine (potato chips second line, pellet line).
4. Provide laboratory with 15 new SOP of every line (7 line of process) and others ( SOP for
ISO 22000).
5. Redesign laboratory with new instrument such as salt content analyzer, waste water
analyzer, water analyzer, digital titration, new system desiccator, new fat analyzer,
organoleptic room, scale and potato hydrometer for RM potato test.
6. Successful to get ISO 22000/ HACCP as food safety regulation by no major finding and
decrease from minor finding to be observation only in quality department.
7. Success to help procurement department by going to China to get sources of raw
material potato in Beijing Fritolay’s plant and Jinnin Fritolay’s ware house.
8. Making training for raw material potato standard, raw material potato plantation, raw potato
cold store, and comparison of standard quality and production in Fritolay Beijing plant.
9. Supporting Director team to make feasibility study of snack factory in overseas country (
Syria - Middle East). The feasibility was to make sourcing raw material, machine design,
market research of flavor, and possibility of sales.
10. Ongoing project will make new instrument for checking color in potato chips. Shelf life data
base and laboratory of raw potato testing.
Resume of all activities :

● Be responsible for daily quality operation activities and provide the necessary support for
manufacturing
● Ensure that products are effectively inspected / tested and that product / process quality
data conform with specifications
● Conduct regular audits of production and quality operations for compliance as well as
coordination and document corrective action programs. Type of audit including food safety,
halal system, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, health, and conditional audit.
● Provide training to plant personnel on procedures related to compliance such as training of

2. Make mix product of existing line to be assorted snack and to be packed with
medium class. The product are from puff line and pellet line that classified as
sweet, cheese and salt flavor.
3. Make new prototype of double layer sheet pellet with new type and new formula
by adding natural raw material.
4. Research of new type of pellet product to be competed with competitor before
launching
Packaging Development
1. Make new research of packaging including two layer, three layer, four layer and
aluminum layer which are suitable for product for quality and price
2. Evaluation of carton specification between medium and kraft specification

Productivity and efficiency


1. Materials substitution for reduce scarcity of potato floor and imported ingredient
2. Packaging evaluation to make good quality and extend shelf life of product such as four layer
change aluminum layer that was scarce in market

After three month success for launching deposits candy with tea, coffee and milk flavor.
The performance of production were capacity (90%), good utilization of machine (90%) ,
good productivity (80%), low wastage wrapping (< 2 %), and low RM wastage ( sugar,
glucose and chocolate) around < 1 %.
