I, NAMSIK KIM, Korean, of legal age and a resident at B7 L7 La Mediterranea

Subdivision, Brgy. Langkaan 1, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, after having been sworn in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the Corporate Secretary of Enprat Philippines Inc., a foreign owned corporation

duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with principal office
address at Unit 12 VQ Bldg. KM 33 Brgy. San Agustin 1, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

2. The Board of Directors of EPI have resolved that said corporation has to be
registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue under existing law, rules and
regulations.

3. That is was further resolved and agreed that MS. JAN KATE DELOS REYES, company
secretary at EPI, will be authorized to file the application for BIR Registration, process
and obtain a Certificate of Registration (COR) and comply with necessary
requirements of the BIR.

4. That is was finally resolved that the authority hereinabove granted to the
aforementioned company secretary shall remain valid and subsisting until the same
is expressly revoked by the Corporation.
