day to day work of interaction, visual designers, and content strategists and ensuring strategic
(and operational) alignment with business, product, and engineering partners.
• Redesigned account opening ows (including logic, look and feel) for home loans, checking,
savings, & credit card accounts
• Introduced new ways to make it easier to fund a checking account as a new client
• Implemented client onboarding experience (fee awareness, recommended account actions)
