Brief
• This role is to support the delivery of our new app first, employee
intranet.
• You’d be expected to write content, design pages and help organise
and structure the new CMS and content.
• Your task is two-fold:
1) On slide three are 3 tables of information showing the monthly most searched terms by our
staff. Your task is to use this information to make 3-5 recommendations on how you
would structure and layout the intranet’s homepage or navigation and what content you
would feature?
2) Our intranet will be mobile first and designed with accessibility in mind. On slide four is a
paragraph of text. Can you please re-write and structure this content, adopting the
principles of Plain English and writing for web best practice.

Essential IT maintenance on Our:Bank. Because of essential IT maintenance, the bank booking platform, Our:Bank, will
be unavailable for a period of 24 hours from Friday 8 September 2023 at 6pm. The system impacted are: Staffbank
interface, Join:Bank, My:Bank, Our:Bank, Dynamics CRM, Holiday Booking System , Rostering Interface, Reporting,
SMS messaging .
This is happening because there is a need to update our Staffbank platform to make improvements for all system
users. This maintenance to Staffbank is essential to continue to provide a reliable user and customer experience. It will
be completed hopefully within the 24-hour period to minimise service impact.
What you need to do - During this downtime, all information from Staffbank will be inaccessible, therefore please ensure
all bookings are completed ahead of 6pm on Friday 8 September. This message will also be communicated to all Bank
Members, Ward & Department Managers and Agencies (by NHS Professionals) to ensure they are informed by a
message that will be displayed on the login screen of My:Bank and Our:Bank. For any further support or if you require
any reporting to be provided prior to 6pm on Friday 8 September then please speak to your Account Director.
