Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 1st day of January, 2020,
between the following parties:

Stellar Evolution Enterprises, a corporation, incorporated under the law of the

Philippines, located at Unit 1, No. 5 Oliveros Drive, Brgy. Apolonio Samson, Que on
City, Metro Manila("Service Provider"),

and

LaHome Outlet, a corporation, incorporated under the law of the Philippines, located at
2987, VAS Bldg., Taft Ave. Ext., Zone 10, Barangay 078, District 1, Pasay City, Metro
Manila, ("Client").

1. Services Provided
Stellar Evolution Enterprises agrees to provide packaging and drop off services
to LaHome Outlet as follows:
Packaging of products according to specified requirements.
Drop off packaged items to designated courier or wait for pick up from the courier
Inventory management and tracking of stored items.
Timely retrieval and delivery of stored items upon request by LaHome Outlet.

2. Payment
LaHome Outlet agrees to pay Stellar Evolution Enterprises the following fees for
the services provided:
TEN (Php 10) Philippines Currenc for each packaged packed and shipped out
Payment shall be made within 10 Da s after receipt of billing.
Payment method: Cash or Bank Transfer

3. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on Januar 1, 2020, and shall continue until
December 31, 2022. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a sixty (60)
days written notice to the other party.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive
information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
5. Ownership
LaHome Outlet shall retain ownership of all products stored by Stellar Evolution
Enterprises on behalf of the Client.

6. Indemnification
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from any claims
arising out of the services provided under this Agreement.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Philippines.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with
respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and
understandings.

9. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both
parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
date first above written.
