Dear Sir,

This is in the response to the above-referred letter. We would like to submit a response against
Non-Conformance Report (NCR) along with pictorial evidence.

NCR-228 relates to non-conformity of the Male Nurse and Ambulance. EPC wishes to inform that
the male nurse has been rehired to meet the legal requirement and the ambulance is now available
to response to emergencies.
