" A RESOLUTION FORMULATING THE 2023 ANNUAL BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

FUNDED OUT OF THE 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF BARANGA Y POBLACION ZONE
1, DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-TWO
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (492,000.00) AND ENDORSING THE SAME TO THE OFFICE OF THE
SANGGUNIANG PAMBARANGAY FOR ITS APPROVAL AND APPROPRIATE BUDGET
ORDINANCE."

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion Zone 1, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur
have constituted Barangay Development Council (BDC) composed of the Punong Barangay, all
Barangay Kagawads and NGOs/POs/CSOs representatives operating within barangay Poblacion
Zone 1;

WHEREAS, said council is mandated to formulate development plans, specifically.

Barangay Development Plan funded out of the 20% Economic Development Fund of its
barangay;

WHEREAS, Annual Barangay Development Plan funded out of the 20%EDF of this barangay for
year 2022;

WHEREAS, budget allocated for the implementation of priority programs, projects and activities
embodied in the Barangay Development Plan shall be in accordance with the Updated Budget
Operations Manual for Local Government Unit, Section 287 of Republic Act 7160 otherwise
knqwn as the Local Government Code of 1991 and pursuant to JMC No. 01 of the Department
of Interior and Local Government and Department of Budget and Management dated
November 4, 2020 respectively and shall be included in the Annual Budget and be enacted by
its Sangguniang Pambarangay through an Appropriation Ordinance;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Treasurer have certified that an amount of four hundred ninety-two
thousand pesos only (492,000.00) is intended for the 2023 20% Economic Development Fund of
this barangay needs appropriate plan to formulated by the Barangay Development Council and
corresponding budget be appropriation to be issued by the Sangguniang Pambarangay;
WHEREAS, Barangay Development Council of the barangay chaired by the Punong Barangay
have convened and prepared the 2023 Barangay Development Plan with the following priority
project to wit;
I-SOCIAL SERVICES
Construction of Concrete Covered Canal
along portion of Pedro Adulta St. from
Pedro Adulta to Quima Quina Residence -P 492,000.00
Grand Total -P 492,000.00
WHEREAS, upon thorough deliberation and review by the members of the Barangay
Development Council, said plan was found to be in compliance with the Updated Budget
Operations Manual for Local Government Unit, section 287 of Republic Act 7160 otherwise
known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and pursuant to JMC No. 01 of the Department
of Interior and Local Government and Department of Budget and Management dated
November 4, 2020 respectively;

WHEREAS, appropriate legislative action such as review and concurrence of the Office of the
Sangguniang Pambarangay is necessary;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion unanimously presented and duly seconded by all members

present;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, A RESOLUTION FORMULATING THE 2022 ANNUAL

BARANGA Y DEVELOPMENT PLAN FUNDED OUT OF THE 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF BARANGA Y POBLACION ZONE 1, DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR IN THE AMOUNT OF
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (492,000.00) AND ENDORSING THE
SAME TO THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PAMBARANGAY FOR ITS APPROVAL AND
APPROPRIATE BUDGET ORDINANCE.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of the resolution be furnished the Office of the Sangguniang
Bayan, the Municipal Planning & Development Coordinator and all concerned for their
information and appropriate action.
