Event and Private Event • To start with let us know what is the definition of Corporate Event, Usually, corporate event is organized by the owners of businesses. Through this event, the employees of the company get together and declare their business ideas. A corporate event is a type of social activity that is organized by a business entity. It can be used to promote a certain brand or product, create a certain level of employee engagement, or celebrate a certain event. While for Private Event, a kind of event are used for special occasions where only family, friends, and persons known to the hosts or permit holders are invited, such as a birthday party or a wedding. Private events are not allowed to be publicized or made public. Only invited attendees and members will be given information about the event. SOPs for private events cannot be made public.

Event and One Private Event, describe each. CORPORATE EVENTS (SEMINAR)
Being part of an events team is truly one of my great experience in this
career. I was recruited by a friend to become a staff of an event management company. It was discussed that it will be a seminar type of an event, and we must allign the design of the location to the purpose of the meeting. The event was made for the college parents and for some experienced speakers that will discussed the future ahead for the college students. The theme was agreed by the head of the seminar and by events manager.
The seminar will start at exactly 1:00pm and we were gathered at
6:00am to have a short meeting to divide the people into group with different task. I was grouped in preparing the tables, from locating it to its proper spot, checking the neatness of table skirting of the different group and preparing the centerpieces. I observed well how things work in this organization since it was my first time to experience this kind of work. The whole events team was really organized even though some of the staff was also a first timer just like me, it's also because of the help of the regular experienced staffs and the direct of the event manager.
