JUNIOR ANALYST

We are looking for Junior Analyst (Real Estate) to be part of our excellent team.
Job Descriptions
• Assist in the preparation of real estate investment analysis, market comparable
analysis, due diligence, and other matters related to real estate acquisitions
• Assist in the preparation of investment reports and associated supporting materials
• Design marketing materials and deliverables
• Update investment administration documents
Requirements
• S1 in real estate studies, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understand real estate financial modelling, strong research and analytical skill
• Excellent in excel, word, and power point, as well as related marketing design materials
• Energetic, diligent, creative, shows ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing
environment, well organized, good time management, possess good communication in
Bahasa and English both verbal and writing
