Subject: CTDs Working Status

Respected Sir,
We will like to bring some important points regarding working on Me-Too Molecules / New
Molecules which need your kind and prompt attention.
1. On 29.12.23 We have forwarded invoice of 14 CTDs which were completed and forwarded
to Manager Export and Manager Regulatory Affairs as per commitments, However on Dated
01.02.24 (after 1 Month and 3 Days) from receipt of invoice, we received half payment and
for remaining we were informed that it will be cleared on Monday Dated 05.02.24. However
to Date 20.02.24 (After 1 Month and 23 Days) we are still waiting for remaining Payments.
2. Kindly also note that CTD is purely working of R&D. As there are no R&D section in Wenovo
hence QC are working on it but due to serious reservation in Payments/supply of Working
Standards/Chemicals etc. we will only start working as per mutual consents.
3. Data Logger was demanded on Dated 19.09.23. However after 5 months we are still waiting.
4. Xenon Lamp required for Stability Testing. Not available at Wenovo.
5. Working Standards with CoAs of all Molecules Required.
6. DMF of all API of all Molecules Required.
7. There are Seriously Shortage of Staff in QA, QC & R&D. Currently there are 7 Employees in
QC (Including 3 Chemists, 1 FA, 1 Microbiologist, 1 Micro Lab Attendant, 1 QC Attendant), 1
Employee in QA (1 FA) and no Employees in R&D. 1 Employees (Chemist/Pharmacist)
required in QC, 2 Employees (Chemist/Pharmacist) required in R&D and 2 Employees
(Manager QA with 1 Chemist/Pharmacist) required in QA.
