TYPE : A rust preventive primer for metal based on alkyd resin with zinc
phosphate as rust preventive pigment.
RECOMENDED USE : As Primary coat for steel structure, steel pipe, electric tower,etc. Both
exterior and interior.

APPLICATION METHOD : Air spray, brush or roller Brush
THINNER : Fan Brand Paint Thinner
THINNING RATIO : Air Spray → (10 - 20 % by weight)
Brush/Roller → (0 - 5 % by weight)
*Too much thinning results sagging and slower cure.
MIXING RATIO : Stir paint in container with power agigator well before using

SURFACE PREPARATION : - All surface to be coated should be completely clean, dry and free from
contamination.
- Remove Salt and other waters-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove Oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent
- Remove rust , mill scale and others loose materials completely by
abrasive blasting
