have bestowed upon me. Thank you for the gift of life itself, for the breath that fills my lungs, and for

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God and Redeemer of humanity, I turn to you with a heart full of awe and
reverence. As the dawn breaks and the world awakens, I seek your guidance and strength to face
the challenges of this day. Help me to follow in your footsteps, to love as you loved, and to bring
your light into the darkness of the world.

Holy Spirit, gentle Dove of peace and wisdom, I welcome your presence into my life. Descend upon
me with your grace and fill me with your gifts, that I may be empowered to live according to the
truth of the Gospel. Inspire my thoughts, words, and actions, so that they may reflect the love and
compassion of the Trinity.

Holy Trinity, mystery of divine unity and harmony, I stand in awe of your majesty and power. You are
the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the source of all goodness and truth. Grant
me the grace to discern your will and the courage to follow wherever you may lead.

As I embark upon this day, I entrust myself into your loving hands, O Triune God. Guide me, protect
me, and sustain me with your infinite mercy and love. May everything I do be a reflection of your
glory, and may my life be a witness to your eternal goodness. Amen."
