Array Wet Etch Maintenance Side:

1. Working in clean room area dealing with LCD process machine
2. Equipped with camera locking and attendance list app
3. Machine sensors monitoring by using IOT
4. Machine monitoring database to review and monitor of each manufacturing machines status and
production process, such as:
 Alarm status
 Production process fault status
 Total sheet number of LCD production in each day or month
 To display and Review the IOT sensors status from the machine every day
 Maintenance time schedule of the machine
 Process fault traceability from each machine section

5. Machine spare part replacement database system. To check the spare part availability and control
part.
6. Maintenance schedule database system. For the maintenance documentation and creating the
check list in each maintenance activity.
7. Routine activity for fire extinguisher
8. Safety training activity for each member for example safety rule in chemical working area, high
voltage area etc.
9. Training centre laboratory such as PLC, robotic, measurement etc.
10. Maintenance room in each floor
11. Company clinic and First AID box.
