Many people often have the habit of judging a person by their appearance
even if it's just the first meeting. Usually, a person with good looks and a polite
style often leaves a good impression on the first meeting. But not everyone's
personality goes hand in hand with their appearance. In fact, many people be
victims of bad people such as scammers, who hardly be detected at the first
meeting because these people always have good convincing skills and a polite
style. Some people are not beautiful on the outside, but inside have beautiful,
kind souls and help people around. So, The proverb "Trông mặt mà bắt hình
dong" is very accurate. Besides, it also implies reminding us not to be quick to
judge or judge a good person or a bad person because of a person's appearance.

Listening is considered an important skill when learning a language.

However, it could be a challenging skill for beginners. So how do you learn
English listening comprehension?

Until now, learning English listening comprehension has been a challenging

skill for me. But I try to apply these methods to improve my listening skills.I have
recently spent about 15- 20 minutes per day practicing English Listening skills.
First, I find a podcast that I feel is interesting and listen to them for three days a
week. On the first day, pick out words or phrases that are difficult to understand,
translate them and listen to these words or play quizzes to study the words. The
next day, I tried to memorize parts of the podcast and practice speaking them
out loud. Second, when I start to hear a passage, I usually hear slow down, pause
listening in the middle of the conversation, and replay it several times. Then, I will
write a summary of the conversation to easily remember the content of them.
Another way to improve my listening skills is to watch short films, TV shows,
music videos, and many others by skill level, and topics suitable for my study
needs. After that, I do exercise level mine or answer some questions for
additional practice. Finally, I can practice listening to podcasts while I wash the
dishes or on the bus or listen as I sleep,... Maybe, I will join a group of English
learners. This will be a good idea to listen to a variety of English voices and
improve my listening English.
FAVORITE FOOD

Vietnam is famous with its traditional, delicious dishes and Bun Bo Hue is one of
my favorite foods. It’s a specialty dish of Thua Thien Hue province. The major
ingredient to cook “bun bo Hue” is beef , trotter or beef bones and Fermented
shrimp paste. Then we wash and boiled them about five minutes. After that, The
broth is prepared by simmering beef bones or trotter, beef with a few slices of
ginger and lemongrass. Countinue, We add to salt, sugar, hành tím and fermented
shrimp sauce for taste into the stock. Then, To make the dish look more beautiful,
we often use annatto oil for Bun bo Hue. The broth of this is reddish brown color,
this is a combination of characteristic spices, lemongrass and sauces. Một tô bún

lá mix với hành tây. Furthermore, it is commonly served with lime wedges, cilantro

coriander (rau răm), saw tooth herb (ngò gai) and sometimes bean sprouts

FAVORITE INTERNATONAL FOOD

The favorite international food that springs to my mind is Korean traditional food
which is called Tteokbokki. If my memory serves me right, I ate that about last
month when my friends invited me to enjoy Korean food for the first time There
are various reasons why I like it. Firstly, refrigerator staple ingredients are what
make this dish hassle-free and perfect for busy weeknight dinners. I have a soft
spot for rice cakes mixed with a little bit of spice and fish cake sheets as they
often make me feel extremely satisfied by the fragrance while eating mouth-
watering Korean dishes. Secondly, the broth looks delicious but it isn't too spicy
so it gives me a good taste. I wish I could have a chance to visit a Korean
restaurant or vendors on the street to enjoy the real food and atmosphere in
Korea.
