Kreedo’s support in the setting up
phase initiates from naming and
branding the preschool, designing
the logo and providing printables like
banners, brochures, pamphlets,
signboards, and more needed to
market the preschool.
Training towards marketing the
preschool, attaining admissions,
talking to parents and converting
them is provided. In this phase, the
preschool owners will also get help in
the layout of the preschool, creating
the learning environment and
guidance on all aspects of setting up
the premises including safety, security
and hygiene.
Setting up Phase
Every preschool owner connected to
Kreedo gets a high level of parent
conversion. Kreedo has a very
minimalistic approach to marketing.
Kreedo does not believe in high
expenditures towards marketing like
getting 100 parents to visit the
preschool and converting 20 of them.
This would be a waste of marketing
money. Kreedo trains preschool
owners on how to converse the right
way so that the parents are
convinced to admit their child. Kreedo
spends limited money such that
preschool owners get 40 parents to
walk in and 30 of them are convinced
to admit their children.
Kreedo’s marketing and academic team
guides preschool owners on structuring
the timetable, fixing the fees, marketing
the preschool, and focusing on ensuring
the precise message from the owner is
communicated in the market. This phase
also involves extensive training from
Kreedo on all aspects of running the
preschool – right from marketing, parent
engagements, timetable, classroom
management, training to understand
core concepts of child psychology,
Kreedo philosophy, sensorial learning,
language learning, practical life learning,
maths learning and more. Thus, a
Kreedo preschool owner is completely
empowered to set up and run a very
high-quality preschool.
The only additional investment that a
preschool owner needs to do over
and above the Kreedo package in
terms of infrastructure would be in
printing the marketing materials
designed specifically for each
preschool, purchasing office furniture
(along with CCTV, laptop, printers,
etc.), and outdoor materials. Based on
the place a preschool owner has
chosen; we will advise on the outdoor
material that needs to be procured.
The preschool owner can procure the
materials from us or can purchase
them locally.

The core of Kreedo is its curriculum framework called the 6T
framework. Kreedo believes that children between 0 to 6
have astounding abilities to learn. A child of 3 can pick up 3-
4 languages by just being present in an environment where
these languages are spoken without any formal teaching.

environment for the child where tremendous learning
potential can be attained for the child by just being in the
learning environment.
Running Phase

The learning environment is set up and the curriculum has a
structured flow such that children learn these advanced
concepts incrementally through play or work.
As a response to the pandemic where learning at school was
not possible, Kreedo launched the home learning toy box called
“Practivity” which is packed with more than 20 different toys
and more than 100+ games at every level for the child to be
meaningfully engaged at home. This is an integral component of
the Kreedo solution where the toy box goes home along with
the student kit and takes care of all the home learning needs.
Theory – Kreedo provides its own set of
published books which is tied in closely with
the curriculum activities. Once the child has
learned concepts concretely through
materials, they understand abstract learning
or theory through books. Most of the current
education models take the child from theory
to practical learning, however, Kreedo does
the practical learning first with materials and
then introduces theory through books. This
way the learning achieved remains with the
child throughout their lifetime and is not
forgotten.

Teacher Training – To ensure that the learning objectives are met, training teachers and owners
are critical. Our all-inclusive training involves the following:
a. Marketing Training – To train on how to talk to parents and how to convert them
b. Kreedo Philosophy - To understand children’s learning potential
c. The settlement – For classroom management, timetable, administration
d. Setting up a yearly calendar of activities
e. Training on safety, security, and hygiene
f. Training on themes, celebrations, field trips, and more
g. Training on core areas of learning like sensorial, language, maths, daily life skills, culture,
geography and more
This training is delivered through online sessions and Kreedo’s custom-built learning
management system (LMS). 5-day training sessions are held every month in Bangalore, where all
Kreedo’s partner preschools, signed up during a month, go through rigorous training on all
aspects of running a high-quality preschool. All Kreedo preschool owners are requested to attend
this training as with this, the preschool owners will be able to self-assuredly manage children and
teachers as well as train new teachers in the future.

Timetable – Routines and setting a timetable of
activities are enormously important in the early
years to achieve high learning outcomes. Kreedo
learning managers work with every preschool
owner in setting the right timetable with activities
to be done.
Technology – Kreedo believes technology should be used
judiciously in the early years. Kreedo uses technology in 2
ways in the early years.
a. Kreedo Curriculum App – This app enables teachers
with training videos, timetable management,
assessment to track the performance of the children.
b. Edoofun Learning App – This app comprises a set of
activity-based games that are closely mapped with the
activities done by the children in the Kreedo lab. By
playing these games, the learning through the lab
activities and books is complemented and reinforced.

Teamwork – Last but not least, Kreedo believes
strongly in mixed-age grouping and peer learning.
In the early years, it’s been proven time and again
that children learn best from each other. Peer
learning is inbuilt in the curriculum and is one of
the main reasons why Kreedo achieves very high
