MRKT 3006 Services Marketing Team Business Simulation Reflective – Presentation Component (5%)

Team Reflective Rubric for Business Game Simulation:

Introduction: The purpose of this rubric is to provide guidelines and expectations for team reflective about a business game
simulation. This rubric assesses the team's ability to analyze and reflect on their performance during the simulation, identify
key learnings, and propose strategies for improvement.

Criteria:
1. Reflection and Analysis (20%)
 The team provides a thorough analysis of their performance during the simulation
 The team reflects on their decision-making process and identifies areas for improvement
 The team examines how their decisions impacted the outcome of the simulation
 The team evaluates the effectiveness of their communication and collaboration during the simulation
 The team describes how their understanding of business concepts changed or developed during the simulation

2. Key Learnings (20%)


 The team identifies and articulates key learnings from the simulation
 The team demonstrates a deep understanding of the business concepts learned during the simulation
 The team considers how they can apply these learnings in future business situations

3. Proposed Strategies for Improvement (20%)


 The team proposes concrete and actionable strategies for improving their performance in the simulation
 The team's proposed strategies are grounded in their analysis and reflection
 The team considers how their proposed strategies might be applied in real-world business situations
