The Barangay Development plan is indeed a strong instrument toward its destiny of progress and

development. Through this, needs and priorities of the barangay could be identified.

As the Punong Barangay of D.S Garcia Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, it has been my desire to come up
with a comprehensive Barangay Development plan that serves as guide in reaching its vision, mission
and goals.

Relative to this, I enjoin the Barangay Residents in particular to maintain the spirit of active participation
in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the projects stated in the development plan. To
the Sangguniang Barangay, your commitment and support to this endeavor serves as an inspiration with
all hopes that we will serve as the key implementers in finding solutions to the problems of the Barangay
and to all its residents. I am encouraging you to do your share for the betterment of our beloved D.S
Garcia for the years to come. This I take my pleasure in conveying my heartfelt felicitations for your usual
support in this undertaking.
