The Chief of Staff to the Founders is a strategic and pivotal role within Veera. This individual will
facilitate investor and stakeholder management, the execution of strategic initiatives, manage
senior stakeholder relationships, and lead special projects.. The role requires an exceptional
blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational prowess.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
● 4-5 years of experience with early-stage startups, preferably having been a part of a 0-1
journey
● Demonstrated experience in business modeling, owning investor material, fundraising,
senior stakeholder management, and leading strategic initiatives across startups or
venture capital firms or Tier-1 management consulting organizations
● Self-driven individual with a can-do attitude
● Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing
relationships at all levels of the organization.
● Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects and initiatives.
● Tier-1 MBAs (IIMs or equivalent) or Tier-1 under-graduation is preferred
● Very competitive salary (at the higher end of the industry average) + generous ESOPs
