SURVIVORS FIRST AID 1

HOW TO USE, TO INTERACT WITH, THE SPHERESDATA AUDIO

These are suggestions for using the Eth’A Tools. Just having purchased
the SpheresData Audio and having the files on your computer will cause
their frequencies to begin to interact with your Fields.
 ​I recorded the tracks in a particular sequence and recommend that they are
listened to in that order at least once. After that, listen to whichever pulls to be
heard as many times as desired. I listen to all 3 through as a complete set at
least once a month. Yet take your time. There is no detriment in working
gradually from track to track.

 Initially I listen to new SpheresData Audio until I do not feel I can listen anymore,
this is the point at which I have reached my present state of maximum absorption
of the information layered within the sounds. What you are aiming for is a state
of Harmonic Resonance with the frequencies in the sounds. Effects can be felt
on the first listen through, yet the process is often on-going, so keep listening
until you simply cannot listen anymore.

Come back to it again in a day, week, month or more and listen again - what your
fields could not use the first time around it can hear and see and use after growth
and adjustment. When prompted by inner insistence, I listen to tracks, even if I
do not feel like it before I start.

In the case of an audio aimed at clearing and sealing, I listen after a time of
stress or a lot of interaction in person or online. It is not a case of 'once clear,
always clear'. We bathe our bodies regularly and we require to do the same for
our other fields.

Hydrate and take it easy


I know that these tools influence the human fields. You may very likely experience
'symptoms' of the clearing and connecting. Things such as extreme tiredness,
heaviness, headache, flu-like symptoms. You may hear unpleasant inner thoughts
getting rowdy with you as you listen. These are symptomatic of the etheric weaponry I
am referring to in the work. Persist.

Drink plenty of good water, ground out on the grass or dirt whenever you can, take salt
baths or soak your feet in salt water with any essential oils you like. Be aware of your
emotional reactions to situations, acknowledge but no need to hold on to, just let
emotions and thoughts pass through.
