Validation of Research Instrument

The questionnaires were validated by the -------------------. Corrections, suggestions, and

recommendations were deeply incorporated into the draft for the finishing stage. The researchers
created the research instrument that was used in the study. The validators, who were professional, then
finalized the study instrument to analyze it further. The researchers initially filed a request to the
validators; once approved, they handed them their questionnaire and study plan. Following the
evaluation, the validators discussed the sections that need alterations and revisions. The respondents of
the study were one hundred (100) municipal employees. Their respondents were verified and scored
accordingly.
