WORK EXPERIENCE
• Loading and unloading passengers' baggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and routed, and handling
any baggage-related concerns.
• Managing the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the tarmac, including aircraft marshalling,
pushback, and positioning.
• Handling and processing cargo, including loading and unloading, managing documentation, and
ensuring proper cargo storage.
• Operating ground support equipment like baggage carts, pushback tugs, and other vehicles necessary
for aircraft handling.
• Ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed, including passenger and baggage screening,
and responding to any security incidents.
• Being trained and ready to respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire, or
security threats.
• Safely loading and unloading luggage from aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Sorting and organizing baggage according to destination and flight schedules.
• Utilizing baggage handling equipment, such as conveyor belts and dollies, efficiently.
• Tagging and labeling luggage with accurate destination information.
• Monitoring and tracking luggage to prevent loss or misplacement.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while handling baggage.
• Communicating effectively with team members and airline personnel.
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to baggage handling.
• Reporting damaged or mishandled baggage promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in baggage handling areas.
• Identity the zones of low, normal and hich soundness on the casting, plus any other area special
requirements.
