Madam,

The undersigned would like to request from your good office for the conduct
of Three- Day District-Wide Training-Workshop on Developing 21 st Century
Skills and Assessment for School Heads, Principal In-Charge and Teachers of
Surallah 1 District, Surallah, South Cotabato.

The venue of the said activity will be at Centrala Central Elementary School,
Centrala, Surallah, South Cotabato on April 14 - 16, 2023 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM).

The training-workshop aims to Train the teachers on developing PISA type

Assessment and do away with the traditional type of test questions.

Target participants to this activity are the 13 School Heads, 1 Principal In-
Charge and 139 Teachers of Surallah1 District, provided that proper health
protocols and social distancing shall be observed.

No registration fee required, the expenses incurred such as transportation,

foods and other incidental expenses during the actual conduct of the training-
workshop will be charged against local fund/School MOOE subject to regular
accounting and auditing rules.
