Subject: Salubrity complaint

Dear President,
I’m writing to complain about the unhealthy in the streets of our
neighborhood.
My main complaint is that streets are dirty because there are no bin or
recycling points in the streets. This is a problem for a number of
reasons.
First of all, people throw garbage all over the streets and this makes all
the neighborhood dirtier. The second problem is that tools that are no
longer used by companies are dumped around so it’s creating toxic
landfills.
I would like to offer you two solutions for this problem.
First of all, I think you should drop bins in the streets of the
neighborhood and do a garbage collection service. I also think, you
need to create places where companies can drop off tools that are no
longer used to be recycled and serve the neighborhood.
I hope you will make these dirties streets cleaners for the people in our
neighborhood.
