You are required to carry out a case study analysis which informs the business’s strategy management. You are expected to
apply your learning from this module to critically analyse and evaluate the business’s external and internal environment, synthesise
the outcomes, and make recommendations for the business’s future strategic management.
The task must be carried out by each student individually and independently.
Firstly, choose a business or brand for your case study task from below list:

• Saatchi and Saatchi
• Royal Opera House
• Royal Shakespeare Company

Please choose a business for which you are able to collect sufficient high-quality information from credible sources.

Secondly, write a case study report on your chosen business or brand. Your case study report should follow the following structure
(The percentage number for each section indicates the word count suggested for that section).

Other useful information

• The writing needs to use Times New Roman font (size 12) and be double spaced.
• Images (pictures, diagrams, tables, etc.) can be used where appropriate but sources must be properly
referenced.
• Wordcount requirement is 2,500 words (+-10%, excluding cover page, images and reference list).
• Harvard Referencing for in-text citations and reference list is required.

• The work must be submitted in MS Word format via the TurnitIn link on Aula.
• The work should be pre-scanned for potential plagiarism including AI use via Turnitin software, prior to final
submission on Aula.
• It is mandatory that the declaration on the BSM assessment cover sheet is filled in and signed is included in
the work to be submitted.

Student will receive feedback and assessment within 20 working days of submission.

Assessment Students who miss the deadline or fail this project may be required to complete a retrieval project
and tutor which demonstrates that the learning outcomes have been achieved. Students should be aware that
feedback date retrieval submissions are capped at a bare pass grade, unless the extenuating circumstances panel
uphold an evidenced application. The deadline for retrieval submissions will be determined at an
Assessment Board.
