important ? , how we create Organization breakdown structure (OBS) and it’s importance ,What is open
and close project ? , Discussion of general tab ? why notebook is important , entrance of project budget
and proposed budget .

Session 2 :
What is date tab , importance of data date , effect of anticipated start and finish date in project , effect
of must finish by on project , What is project planned date , how we spend budget in terms of planning
that is (spending plan tally ) practical example with excel sheet , check budget distribution , Concept of
benefit plan .

What is fund and how can we add it in project , Departmental and external funds .

What is codes , how assign apply and modify code for different projects , benefit of code .

Discussion in default tab , what is duration type and its important , what is percent complete type
(Duration , physical and units ) , Combination of duration and units . how to apply cost account and its
implement on primavera p6 , how to adjust calendar and how we can create own calendar , what is the
function of calendar in primavera p6 and what is its effect on float .

Discussion on activity type , complete discussion on autonumbering defaults ( Activity ID Prefix , Suffix

Session 3 :

Session 6 :

negative float bar , how to add progress labels with bars for clearly judge the project , bar chart options ,

Time Scale ( Detail concept of PS , PF ,DD, CD, CW, CM) , work on attachment and curtain .

Session 7 :
Importing and exporting site activities (BOQ) from excel into primavera p6 , make complete schedule of
it , adjust total float , free float by avoid negative float , how to deal with must finish by of project ,

by trace logic .

Session 9 :
Detail Concept how to calculate manpower by using excel sheets , how to add resources ,

How to assign resources detail concept in which budget activity will complete (BUDGET AT
COMPLETION) . Overtime Factor (OTF) , define roles , Define , modify and assign resource codes on given
resources .

Session 10 :
Resource Levelling in detail , how to avoid resources from over allocation .

Detail concept of histogram .

Session 11 :
Discuss about Global changes , how to judge activities critical or not ,
Resources replacement if anyone give resign from company , how to apply filter and its benefit .

2 weeks look ahead , 1 month look ahead of schedule for update progress .

Moniter the project by create reflection method ..

Session 12 :
Detail Concept of EVM for controlling budget of project occurring by assign Budget of resources on
project

( S%C , PVC , EV , AC , VAC ,SV , ETC , EAC , BAC ) , and it’s relation with physical , duration and units .

Terms and condition of ahead of schedule and behind schedule will be discussed in detail .

Session 13 :
Resource usage spread sheet , tracking layout , Resource Assignment , detail concept of activity usage
profile , activity usage spread sheet .

Session 14 :
Expenses on project managing with threshold . , Look ahead schedule and update the progress by data
date line by comparing Plan VS Actual date and run the project by moving data date line .

Session 15 :
Create report of project in detail

Print the report and schedule , adding header , logos , footer with gantt chart .

Session 16 :
Importing all BOQ from excel to primavera p6 .

Session 17 :
Complete cash flow of given resources from primavera p6 into excel .
